Our aged cheese

Free delivery for any order size on your workplace at Mount Maunganui or for order over 100.00 $ in Tauranga!

Our cheese ordered before Wednesday 1 p.m. will be delivered on Friday afternoon!

Our trade unit is 100 grams so if you order 2 unit of any item you are ordering 200 grams of that cheese and so on.

  • Happy Tramper
    Based on Italian traditional procedures for Cacioricotta modified to meet the great New Zealand Milk. Cheese and ricotta come together in this unique process and to add sprint to our Happy Tramper we crumbed in pepper and shortly smoke with rosemary. Happy Tramper is aged for at least 15 days.

  • Drunky Angler
    Based on Italian traditional procedures for Toma Cotta modified to meet the great New Zealand Milk. Strong and full milk taste with an aftertaste of hay and slightly bitter. Drunky Angler is aged in wine for a short time and next has to wait 60 days to come at the best.
    Best use: couple of friends, bottles of wine, time and chatting in front of the ocean (friends and ocean are optionals).

  • Creamy Paradise
    The traditional Italian procedures for Taleggio and the outstanding New Zealand Milk deliver this top quality cheese where a rainbow of different tastes that it will amaze you. Creamy Paradise is gently aged for 40 days allowing the moulds to cover it to improve flavour and creamy texture.

  • Goaty
    The same traditional Italian procedures for Taleggio used for Creamy Paradise is applied to a mix of fresh goat milk and organic cow milk. Goaty is gently aged for 40 days allowing the moulds to cover it and goat milk make the texture more creamy and adds a bit of wilderness to the taste.

  • Smooth Hunter
    Based on Italian traditional procedures for Formaggella modified to meet the great New Zealand Milk. Smooth texture and mild milk taste, it melt well and add richness to pasta sauce. Smooth Hunter is aged for at least 40 days and spiced or with peppercorn or with chilly

While portioning our cheese for you, we’ll do our best to come to the exact amount you ordered but because we just use our hands to make cheese we can’t guarantee we can supply to you exactly the amount you request. Some kind of cheese as Mozzarella can only be sold as whole ball while other as Scamorza come at the best if sold as whole but can be portioned as well.

Please remember that we are a small artisan producer so your order will also be subject to availability.
