Terms and Conditions

The Company: Aritmia Limited ta Dreamcheese

 

1.PRICES & TERMS
The goods shall be purchased on these Terms and Conditions and at the prices prevailing at the time the goods are dispatched, unless a promotional price or quotation is agreed in writing. All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. These Terms and conditions shall prevail unless varied in writing.

2.ORDER PROCESSING

For orders entitled to be delivered,  orders have to be placed before Wednesday  1 pm. When we receive your order we’ll send you an email confirming we are working your order.

On Thursday, after checking availability and size, we’ll send you a detailed statement, total amount due and details on our bank account. It will be your choice to accept the deal.

If you agree with our statement, payment has to be received on our bank account prior goods being dispatched. If payment or a written notice of acceptance is not received on Friday before 10 am, order will be cancelled.

3. ORDER PICK UP OR DELIVERY

Pick up time: at the shop at Unit 8 – 5 York Avenue, Mount Maunganui during trading hours (please check on google as Dreamcheese) or

Waldorf School Market, Welcome Bay on Fridays from 2 pm to 3 pm or

Tauranga Farmers Market, Primary School on Saturdays from 8 am to 12 am or

Rotorua Farmers Market, Sundays from 9 am to 1 pm.

If you intend to pick up, please indicate time and place on your order.

Free delivery at Mount Maunganui will be on Fridays between 3 pm and 5 pm, other delivery in Tauranga will be arranged as per cost and time. We do not deliver outside Tauranga.

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
i. Payment shall be by direct internet banking at the time you receive confirmation and final total amount by us.
ii. Payment must be received or confirmed in writing prior to goods being dispatched. Should you wish to cancel your purchase please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order and the payment will be reversed or cancelled and the order terminated.
iii. Should goods be dispatched prior to payment being received for any reason, then payment is due immediately. The customer will pay all collection and legal costs actually incurred by the company (including actual solicitor/client costs) that are related to the collection or recovery of any unpaid account. Information relating to the outstanding debt may be passed on to a collection agency.

5. NON RECEIPT OR DAMAGE
All goods must be checked on receipt as to quantity, quality and / or damage. The company may use third party carriers. If for any reason the third party carrier cannot deliver in a reasonable time the company may not be able to process the order and a refund will be arranged.  The goods leave our premises in good condition and with sufficient packaging. If the products are damaged, delivery is unreasonably delayed or the products do not correspond to the order/packing slip or delivery docket, you need to notify the company immediately  by email within 24 hours of delivery with the specific details of the issue. Faulty or non-conforming product must be retained for pickup or viewing if required by the company. The company reserves the right to reject any claim that is not made in writing as stipulated. The company will replace goods covered by approved claims.

6. DECLINED ORDERS
The company reserves the right to decline an order for any reason. If payment for an order has been received but the company declines the order, the customer will be notified and a refund of payment will be processed as quickly as possible.

7. PRIVACY ACT
The customer authorizes the company to collect and retain personal information about the customer for the purpose only of processing orders and financial verification. 

8. COUNTRY
Aritmia Limited ta Dreamcheese is a New Zealand based company. We do not offer overseas sales or delivery.
